Dr. Wong allergist doctor was great! Even though he didn’t know some questions he went and asked his colleagues. That shows a caring doctor and doesn’t want to lead his patient astray. He took the time to see us and answer my questions. His MA and staff were great too! Very nice and playful to my daughter. Then, I took my 8 month old daughter to the lab and she got poked 3 times and the first two times was with a phlebotomist that had a hard time finding a vein when it finally clicked with her that she needed help. It was somewhat traumatic to see my child in so much distress and she says does she take a pacifier she’s crying loud. (Along that realm). The second phlebotomist was great and actively speaking to my daughter.

I cant even express my dismay and frustration with this outpatient clinic!! Staff are just rude and uncaring. I had to switch clinics due to the lack of kindness from the majority of the staff. Management should try training the staff on how to work at a children's clinic. Very disheartening and concerned about how this clinic is.

Stay away from any neonatologist that is affiliated with this hospital. They purposely starved my premature baby to prevent a possible infection, etc. and lied to me the whole time. Drs. Scott, Anderson, Dudell, De Jesus, Tanenbaum, and the horrible residents they have to do their dirty work are just some that let my baby's weight fall to unheard of levels, probably to ensure that she would be disabled so they could give the hospital more work/money.

Be ready to be in this place for the next two hours after you checked it, only because they love to OVERBOOK APPOINTMENTS and can care less about anyone else’s timeline!

They put me on the wrong medicine which risperdal and made me develop female breast do not listen to Cathy quotes or doctor chase do not support this hospital beware you have been warned
