During her time at Ocoee Pediatrics, she was more than just a doctor , she was a true support system for my child and for me as a parent. Whenever I had a question, concern, or needed advice about my child’s health or medication, Dr. Dalal was always there. She never made me feel rushed or ignored. She listened with genuine care, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure my child felt safe, supported, and cared for. When I received the letter that she had left Ocoee Pediatrics, I felt completely heartbroken. We have taken both of our children to Ocoee Pediatrics and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is always pleasant and friendly and the Doctors are kind and knowledgeable. Dr. E in particular has been spectacular in providing a level of care and attentiveness that goes above and beyond! She was incredibly kind and patient with both my children and my husband and I and always takes her time to address our concerns and make sure our littles are well cared for! Dr. Kakanat is another exceptional provider - very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I cannot recommend them enough.

I really appreciate this office and office staff. Dr Dalal Elmgrbi is an incredible provider! She is so caring, so kind and truly the most AMAZING DOCTOR my kids have been blessed by God to have in their lives! Learned yesterday that Dr Elmgrbi will no longer be at the office and honestly my kids and I were utterly devastated. I trust that other providers at the practice will be of Dr Elmgrbi’s caliber but her absence will be greatly felt and be definitely missed! Her aura, positive energy, compassion and clinical conviction embody only the elite of providers and she was simply the best. Her services will not be forgotten and the kids and I will always be thankful to her and all that she has done.

Me and my wife have been bringing our two children here for years. This is a wonderful place. The doctors are amazing. The staff is kind the service is always wonderful. I would recommend this pediatrician to anybody.

The manager said my son needed the 15 month vaccine (MMR) so i told her i was gonna think about it as the MMR has been linked to causing autisim so i am skeptical about it, so she immediately said "would you like me to discharge you from the clinic" as their policy is the patients need to be up to date with their vaccines otherwise they wont treat patients. I told her not too cause i was going to discuss it with my husband, she said vaccines are "science"...please!!!! It's more an experiment to me specially now a days. She was pushy and kinda arrogant and rude.. in the almost 3 years i have going to Ocoee pediatrics this have been the bad experience. The doctors are amazing, the receptionist & medical assistants are great but this lady, had to ruined it.. "There is always that one person"
