I’ve been a patient at this office for over eight years, and it has gone completely downhill since Dr. Giselle stopped being there full-time. She now only works about one day a week, and the quality of care has drastically declined. I had a crown procedure that kept falling off multiple times, and despite returning three times to get it fixed, the problem was never properly addressed. I asked repeatedly to speak with Dr. Giselle, to get her email or phone number, but the staff refused to provide any way to contact her. I was told she would reach out, but she never did. The current staff and management are extremely unprofessional and careless. The manager on duty is rude, dismissive, and seems more interested in money than in actually helping patients.
