Oella Physical Therapy

I am so glad I found Oella PT. I needed OT from a recent injury and was not looking forward to it. Years ago I needed PT and went to a large, clean, huge gym-style Physical Therapy Center. I hated it. No privacy, and I never went back. At Oella, Mary Kate listened to my issue and worked with me. After each visit, I felt better, I did the exercises she gave me for homework and after 6 weeks, I continued to improve. Thank you Oella PT and thank you Mary Kate.

Oella Physical Therapy, located on Frederick Rd. in Catonsville is a bit of a hidden jewel. The building is unassuming, but still easy to find, and easy to park- which in Catonsville is a plus. Most importantly, the therapy I have received from Mary Kate Fries-Hershfeld has been beyond my expectations. In the era of big business related to healthcare, it is hard to find the warmth of this therapist , combined with her willingness to educate and listen. The setting is comfortable, not like the colder feeling facilities I have been too. Mary Kate is helping me through a painful back episode, applying varied techniques of massage, exercises, heat, muscle release, etc. She is a great detective, sorting through the complaints and listening..just a great experience overall.

Mary Kate is a fabulous physical therapist. She pays attention to my story and translates the details to pain relief. She is caring, experienced and artful, as well as funny. My best experience to date with a physical therapist.

Its a little hard to find but its worth it. Best physical therapist I've ever been to. I was in a bad car accident and she had me feeling like there was never even an accident.
