Due to childhood dental trauma, I have pretty severe anxiety before dental appointments. Being greeted right away by a smiling, welcoming face really helps ease those worries, and the front desk staff were wonderful. They took the time to go over my insurance coverage and in-network participation, which I appreciated. The hygienist who took my X-rays and did my cleaning was incredibly kind and patient. Unfortunately my anxiety made me completely blank on names today, but I plan to update this review because every single one of the girls there deserves recognition. After my cleaning, Dr. Mufti came in and carefully reviewed every X-ray and intraoral image with me. Was (am) having SEVERE pain due to an abscess under one of my crowns from 5 years ago. The nurse and reception staff were beyond warm & welcoming, and the nurse was VERY gentle with me whilst taking x-rays. Thr initial exam was a completely reasonable price, cheap even, and I don't have dental insurance yet. Dr. Obaidi was super empathetic & talked to me about my options for treatment (which dentists dont always do WITH you), making a plan together. I'm genuinely very glad he's going to be my new dentist, as he puts me at ease after having been traumatized by *past* dental experiences.
