One Spirit Massage Studio

Truly wonderful massage from Fernando. I needed a mage after suffering a stiff neck with a knot for over a week. I didn’t ask for any particular massage or masseuse. I explained my issues to Fernando and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He just knew exactly what to do, he blended two different massage techniques and it was relaxing, therapeutic and he really worked on getting the knot out. I can now turn my head and free from pain. Afterwards he pointed out another area that he would like to work on which could use some help. He’s very intuitive I need to go and see him more often.

The massage I got at One Spirit was absolutely wonderful. Travis did a great job and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I will definitely return in the future.

This was a wonderful place to get a great massage. Don't let the size of the place fool you. It's absolutely delightful. My friend called to make the appts and they were extremely accommodating especially on a weekend! Michelle was wonderful and works wonders with her hands and elbows. She listened to me about problematic areas, adjusted her pressure when asked, and did a well rounded massage in 60 mins! Came out feeling like I was on clouds. She really got into my hamstrings, gastrocs and into my shoulders. Will definitely come back! Great experience!

I had a lovely massage with Lea. It was exactly what I needed . It was very personal and Lea listened to what i wanted. It’s a small studio, very clean and quiet and focused on healing. Definitely recommend.
