Onondaga Therapeutic Massage

Have been here a few times and every time Craig has been great! My first time going There I felt a little odd that I was going to get a massage from a man but right after meeting Craig I immediately felt at ease. He is very professional and friendly throughout every experience. Would highly recommend him.

It was my first professional massage, and I couldn't recommend it more! Craig was professional, considerate, and extremely helpful. He even took some extra time to recommend some stretches and posture changes for my chronic pain. The massage was great- I have some chronic neck and back pain and it was really nice to relax and take a moment out. Highly recommended!

Craig was professional and knowledgeable. He asked a lot of questions about my health issues and points of pain. The massage was great. Being the first time I was there I chatted a lot. At the end a little Reiki quieted me both my mouth and mind, brought me back to center. Great way to finish up a massage. The location is a tad wonky, Synergy building behind True Value, building 8/9, you walk into a doctor's office waiting room, go bro your right down two short flights of stairs, down a hall to a small waiting room with doors to other rooms, fill out the form on the clipboard. Craig will come out of the first room in the right. There is little to no signage. I will be going back as I purchased two Groupon vouchers.

Craig was absolutely fantastic. Insightful. Professional. Caring. Knowledgeable. He took the time after to explain why certain areas hurt and gave me stretches to do. Can't wait for my next visit!

I'm not the kind of person who likes to complain, but my experience with this place was bad enough that I have felt a need to write a review. In September I saw a Groupon for a massage at this business and purchased it. I scheduled an appointment for Friday, November 10 at 6:00pm through their website. I received a confirmation as well. On the day of my appointment I get to the location a little before 6pm (also, this was a 30 minute drive from my home). I walk into the Synergy Center where it's located and follow the signs to Onondaga Therapeutic Massage. I go downstairs to where the signs point and I'm very confused because all of the lights are off.
