Placed an order for ergonomic loupes Dec 5th, 2024. The sales rep (Alex) had told me verbally that I would get my loupes in 6-8 weeks. At the 8 week mark I reached out via email to check the status as my loupes still had not arrived. I received an email back stating my order form stated 8-10 weeks for delivery. Not surprisingly, I received another email at the 10 week mark stating that there were delays in deliveries. I pointed out that I had enquired about an estimated delivery just 2 weeks ago - why couldn’t I have been told then they were experiencing delays? They said at that time the order should arrive in about three weeks. I waited four weeks before reaching out again because I still had not received my loupes. This is technically my 2nd review for this company. I left one a few months ago, but somehow they unlinked the google reviews from their website so that they could delete a bunch of reviews. They used to have dozens, but now they only have 5 reviews and my old one is one of the ones that are missing. I'll try to remember all I put in my old one as well as what has happened since then, but this may be a longer review, so hopefully you stick with it to see the whole story. Total lack of customer service or any support after you pay. Impossible to get any repairs or adjustments. I highly regret purchasing these loupes. Would recommend going with a more established and reputable company even with the price difference.

Terrible company, they make promises that they don’t keep. Placed on order in November have not received my loops, they said I was supposed to receive them in February!! Now they are writing to say there is an issue with parts! Come on! Then the rep makes promises he will call u back and never does. Over 3 months how frustrating and sad 😔 on the company! I just want a refund that they won’t grant.

We have been trying to contact someone in this company for over a month. lots of promises, no follow through. Bosses loupes are still missing in action going on 6 months🤷🏼‍♀️
