This company is horriffic, please for your own piece of mind, choose another vendor. They delivered the wrong product, had the wrong surgery date and when I called to get the correct product, the district manager argued and argued and talked over me to the point where I had to hang up! Horriffic service, disorganized, unprofessional and fraudulent billing for delivery when other items were being delivered as well. Choose another vendor!

Beware! I felt like I was mislead on the shower chair product as I was told it was a three in one shower chair combination. If you use this product in the shower your loved one is at risk for an injury. I was pressured into the purchase and it is too expensive for what you receive. I feel that I was taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation. Do not use this company!!! I was not informed over the phone that everything is no refundable! Then I was told I had to receive the product as it was delivered and again pressured into buying their product and signing three pages of paperwork. Total scam!

I wish there was a way to give them lower than one star. There are so many problems that I have with this "company". Between their horrible customer service and their ignorant manager/owner/whatever-he-is, I would never recommend this business to anyone. If there is a way for you to avoid this business, avoid them! This is what I have had to deal with... This terrible company called and said it would deliver the cold pack unit on the day of my husband's shoulder surgery but it came the day after. shoulder surgery you should have something cold on the day of the surgery not the day after. The unit did not work it was a piece of junk. Company said it would pick up the unit on a certain day but they called and said driver broke down. This company is very unethical & basically extorts money from people recovering from surgery. Please take my advice & do not do business with these people. A man named Perry with Optimal Rehab contacted me by phone after my insurance contacted them to bring me a knee scooter I would need after surgery. Perry stated they would bring the scooter to my home in the next week. I asked him how much my co-pay was as I'd researched knee scooters & did not want them to deliver if my co-pay was over $100. Perry stated he could not give me the amount of my co-pay ahead of time, that he would not know until insurance was billed. I told him then not to bring it. Perry then stated he would get the amount of the co-pay & call me with it. I told him to call me with the amount before bringing the scooter b

Beware of this shady company!!!! Stay away from accepting any equipment from them until you read the fine print!! They mark up medical equipment, charge your insurance company and you a huge portion for their basic equipment. The manager is so unprofessional and does not let you get a word in and once you speak he will cut off the call! They are rude, unethical and unprofessional!!! I’m not the only person here with a BAD review for them in fact they don’t have ANY good reviews
