They were pleasant and Jackie’s customer service was phenomenal. The other ladies were courteous and polite with care and how they interacted with the patients. Currently, you don’t see that empathy in healthcare. They treated my son and I with dignity and respect👍❤️

They were wonderful. Very caring and they explained everything well. They offered me the choice to purchase a type of packing that would be placed where the tooth came out. I opted to go for it and it was a game changer. It is making healing from the extraction much easier.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Horne and staff spent time with us and not rushing our appointment. He was detailed and shared his thought about our daughter’s case. I have feedback that is not about Dr Horne specifically but about the use of opioids after surgery. It would very educational for all doctors to share they are going to provide pain relief with an opioid but in a safe way. And educate patients to never ever take it past the time prescribed by the doctor. This small seed planting in our young generation by a medical professional could be a way our youth become more educated about what is safe. The staff was very friendly, competent and compassionate. The doctor was also friendly and very competent. I had a molar extraction and a root clean up from another tooth extraction from last year. I could not be more pleased with my experience at this practice.

As a 1st time patient, amazing. The staff was very communicative prior to the appointment, the assistants were very pleasant and skilled. Dr. A was a tru pro, hight skilled. He was able to diagnose and treat the issue during the visit. The office is clean, great parking. Overall, highly recommend!
