Orchard Villa

My stay at Orchard Villa was a very positive experience. I was there as a short-term skilled nursing resident, and the nurses, aides, and overall staff took excellent care of me throughout my recovery. They were attentive, compassionate, and consistently supportive during a challenging time. The physical therapy team was especially impactful. They worked closely with me to rebuild my strength and mobility, helping me get back on my feet, regain flexibility, and walk independently again. Their dedication truly made a difference in my progress. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the food service. While some meals were enjoyable, others were inconsistent in quality. The staff here are amazing! A special thank you to Cathy, Judy, Perone, Physical Therapy, the aides, and the other nurse working with Cathy (I’m sorry I forgot her name). The care and compassion they show not only to patients but also to their families is truly comforting. They clearly have a lot on their plates, yet they still get everything done with professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate all that you do.

I have a family member on the long term care side and I was very hesitant when entering the unit. After speaking to the manager, I think her name is Morgan, all of my concerns slipped away. She is very intuitive with the patients needs. She has gone as far as to shower my family member before we left to go out to dinner. The nurses and nurasing assistants are all pleasant, and have been very helpful with questions and care. Overall the unit seems very well for my family member and we love the game area. The only complaint I have is that it does get loud at times because of the other people who live there but that’s something to be expected I guess.

I can’t say enough great things about Tiffany and her incredible team at Orchard Villa. They go above and beyond every single day, providing not just care, but genuine compassion and kindness. The dedication they show to my father-in-law, John Moore, is truly exceptional—it’s clear they treat every resident like family. From the smallest details to the biggest challenges, this team handles everything with professionalism, warmth, and a level of care that gives us peace of mind knowing he’s in the best hands. Tiffany and her staff are nothing short of amazing, and we are beyond grateful for all they do!

The staff at Orchard Villa were phenomenal with the care of my father. They treated him like they would treat their own family members. Their communication with family was superb. I’m going to miss them as they became part of my family over the time my dad lived at Orchard Villa .
