Alita is the best esthetician I have ever had. My skin has never looked better. I normally get a bucal massage as well and it’s unreal. My jaw is so tight and this immediately makes every muscle in my face and neck feel better. She’s always innovating and has the latest on skin care- and it works!!!! The space is gorgeous and convenient. It smells amazing. The lighting is everything. Her whole team is incredible. I’m a fan- clearly!

I’m a long-time customer, and this review is long overdue — Organic Skin Spa and Wellness is truly a hidden gem of Crown Heights, and Alita is nothing short of magical. I’ve tried just about every service she offers, and each one has been incredible. The infrared sauna is the perfect reset — deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The full-body red light therapy leaves me feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely restored. Her sugaring is the best I’ve ever had: gentle, thorough, and somehow still relaxing. And the micro facial? Cancelled my appointment less than hour before, no explanation provided. Edit: I attached screenshots since you wanted to be oblivious. All I am doing is stating what happened. If you provided an explanation I wouldn’t have left a bad review but for you to cancel my appointment less than 30 minutes before the start time is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention your site says to arrive 15 minutes prior. If you cared to build your business maybe providing good customer service would help. And if being on a platform like ClassPass doesn’t work for business then, get off the platform. I really wanted to try your spot but not after you tried to deny this happened on top of the inconvenience you had already caused. Be considerate of others people’s time that’s all that I’m asking. You cannot go wrong with a facial from Alita and a massage from Moe. I'm grateful to Moe for her gentle but firm hand with muscle knots, and my husband has especially been satisfied with Alita's extraction services, since she is able to perform milia extraction. Top tier customer service all around.
