Just horrible got there at 1:40 my appointment was at 2 and no one was in the waiting room everyone who came in after me was getting called and already leaving not until I went to the desk at 2:25 they called me to a room mind you there not busy at all Not until 2:50 I got up and said let go because why have an appointment if I’m going to wait an hour and still not even seen mind you I’m here for my 2 year old. I should not have to wait that long or speak up about it Not until we walked out and put both our kids in the car the wanted to come out and say the doctor will see you now all of sudden. I have been under the care of Dr. Vijay Mehta for a little over a year. Throughout this time, he has always approached my care with professionalism, patience, and thoroughness. He ordered extensive testing and explored a wide range of possible causes for my symptoms. While I did not always agree with every treatment plan, and many of the gastrointestinal medications and tests did not provide the relief or answers I was hoping for, I appreciate the time and effort he dedicated to trying to help me. They've taken care of both of my children. My children enjoy seeing Dr. Pandy. He actually cares about my kids. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are all wonderful. I like that face masks are still mandatory in their facility for the health of everyone!

Buckle down because this is long, and it is regarding the front office and management, NOT the wonderful doctors. I was bringing my daughter here to get a second gastro opinion. 1. Upon reviewing the forms with her personal information they had taken over the phone, all important details were wrong: birth date, spelling of name, house number of address. 2. Although I physically watched them scan in her insurance card, I still got a bill. I called insurance and they said her dr office never filed a claim. 3. Went in to show them and they said her insurance was never put on file, even though I watched them do so. We love Dr. Bitar! He is amazing with children! My son feels comfortable with him and really likes going in for check ups. Dr. Bitar always listens to us and takes his time. He gives us great advice and definitely cares for my son’s wellbeing. We have been discharged after 3 years. If we ever need a gastroenterologist again, I will head straight for Dr. Bitar.
