My experience We moved to Flórida within 2-3 days we got railroaded with health issues. Oncology… I went to a highly respected oncologist here. After (no) follow up. Sent emails, left msgs. Meanwhile my child was having a whirlwind of issues abs ended up in surgery with her current team. Upon returning to FL, After calling the call center we finally get a call back. She was going through the history on the shared software they now had with all hospitals. I’m trying to explain the whirlwind of issues and it’s details by phone. Which is desgraceful I think. But right after the intention of why no appointment was made and a discussion eas done by phone became evident/clear. As she cuts me off to say let me stop you here (I don’t feel comfortable taking your child as a patient). She has too

Dr Oliverria performed a left Temporal lobectomy on my 9 year daughter and I could not of asked for a better outcome. She has no deficits and has not had a seizure since the surgery was performed. He is a great doctor, very calm and seems to sincerely care about his patients.

I was sent to the pediatric neurosurgeon because my daughter's head was flat and my pediatrician thought that she may need evaluation for a helmet. I was ONLY seen by a physician assistant NOT an M.D. I am a physician and I was appalled. When I asked if the board certified neurosurgeon was going to see my daughter I was told that he is too busy. I told my pediatrician how unhappy I was with the care we received. I am not going to make an appointment and drive out of my way to see a "provider" who is less trained than me. No thank you.

I have been calling this office since 8 o'clock this morning and no one has picked up the phone. There is no information about office hours online or in their answering service. I am not sure if they are closed today, but if so, the system should not leave me on hold for hours. I am surprised that a place like this is having this problem. I really hope it's that they're closed. Because if they are open and I've been calling since 8 in the morning with no answer it does not look good for the crew. This is unacceptable
