Had an appointment at this location with Sanford Boaz APRN. Super cool person. Humor definitely helps ease a person nerves. He listened to my issues and was able to explain what I will need to do to get better. Office was super clean. Front desk very nice and welcoming. The nurse who did my initial assessment was great. X-ray tech was very friendly.

Went there as a last minute walk-in, and was greeted right away. They were very professional, attentive, and I did not wait more than 10 minutes before they called me, did Xrays and saw the Doctor. Was in and out in less than an hour. I did go first thing when they opened, so not sure if that made a difference, but great place to go. Friendly and very professional.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I first saw Dr. Miller at Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic in November 2022 when I was dealing with a torn meniscus. He was thorough, kind, and really listened to my concerns. I had surgery with him on December 2, 2022, and thanks to his skill and follow-up care, I was able to successfully run my January 2023 marathon pain-free. Recently (August 2025), my knee started bothering me again. Even though I was running late, Dr. Miller never rushed me—he gave me his full attention, reviewed new X-rays, and made sure I felt cared for. For me, the Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute is the best place for surgeries. The care is top-notch, from the moment you check in until you are discharged. The surgeon, Dr. Benjamin Service, and his team are excellent professionals; they fixed my shoulder, and I feel great. ​During my hospital stay, the care from the nurse, Jonna P., was first-rate—she was super sweet and very careful with everything. Also, Hector V. was very helpful and always on time to assist. Dr. Dávila, the anesthesiologist, was the perfect professional who gave me a lot of confidence, and Dr. Chua is very friendly and a great professional. I was delighted by the professionalism and service of all of them.

Called this place because I tore my Achilles tendon and need help for recovery. Lady that answered the phone wasn’t interested AT ALL. Wasn’t even sure if she was on the other line that’s how awful her customer service was.
