Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation at Blue Cedar

I love the therapist here all do a wonderful job. Twice now I have had to deal with the women who does the scheduling. First she told me no one gets more then 2 days she doesn't care who they are! Then she tells me if I want to know when to come back look it up in the web site! I have never been so badly treated...very rude women. I wish someone would help me with this matter I really want to go there for my therapy.

I have been a established patient with Orlando Health for the past 4 years and have had a total of 11 surgeries on my right leg and have been a physical therapy patient with Orlando Health five different times over the past 4 years and all the therapist have been nice and helpful, I was a patient with Orlando Health National Training Center and decided that I would try Blue Cedar outpatient physical therapy center and I have had the absolute worst experience with the scheduling department at this location . I don't know if the scheduling is outsourced with a separate group, other than Orlando Health ,but the way I was treated definitely was not the Orlando Health care that has been shown in my past experiences. This is the first time I’ve attended an Orlando Health hospital and they were awesome! The nurse was already calling me in before the front desk could finish getting my paperwork completed. They took me in and treated me very well. I was attended by a PA and he was awesome and very understanding. Took his time asking me question to get a better understanding of my discomfort. The nurses were amazing! I have a horrible time getting IVs into my arm and the nurse was amazing at finding a vein and collecting the samples they needed. I do recommend coming here if you have an emergency, they’re great.

I had an emergency and went to Advent Waterman Hospital ER and walked in and right out of the ER - it was a mess. I googled hospitals in my area and South Lake Hospital came up and I decided to drive there even though it was farther than other hospitals in my area. Upon arriving , I could tell a huge difference from the guard at the door to the check in desk operator. They were very professional and caring . The wait was not long before I was called . The attention and care provided by the nurses and doctor was amazing. The facility is beautiful and well organized. I highly recommend this hospital!!!!

I had to take my daughter to Orlando Health South Lake Hospital ER and Doctor Kennedy was very nice. He treated my daughter in a timely manner and with the help of the entire medical team that treated her she was feeling better in no time. Everyone from the moment you walk through the door was very nice and helpful.
