The dentist has poor customer service. He is always rushed because he’s trying to see 10 patients at a time. He did a very poor job of a crown and refused to fix it. I am having to pay out of pocket at a different office to get it fixed.

SCAM!!SCAM!!SCAM!! This location posted a coupon for a dental exam, X-ray and cleaning for $49. When my pregnant wife arrived, they sat her down for an exam to wait for 10-15 minutes, the dentist took about 15 seconds and told her she needed a deep cleaning. Which would cost $199 per quadrant…so over $800 with tax plus the $49+tax for the “exam”, without an x-ray, without cleaning or any of the other services mentioned. When she told them that she didn’t receive what was promised, they still told her she had to pay $49 and if she didn’t, it would go to collections….they said this to my pregnant wife, after they performed one service…which was serving themselves to someone else’s time and money.
