This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, Dr. Perkins’ incompetence and Patient neglect has caused me to lose my home. I needed an imaging test done to determine a course of treatment to get me back to work. Dr. Perkins submitted for the incorrect imaging adding weeks to my recovery time and time out of work. Dr. Perkins just made my family homeless before Christmas. Thank you Dr. Perkins. Merry Christmas to you too.

Perhaps the most poorly run medical facility that I have ever dealt with. They do not answer their phone, all you ever get is a dumb phone bot and after too many questions, your one and only option is to leave a message that they NEVER return AVOId these folks at all cost.

Great diagnosis, and care. A week to sign half a sheet for disability.
