OU Health - University of Oklahoma Medical Center Clinics (Professional Office Building)

Transphobic staff who have actually been harassing me and contacting my work and family after I called them out on their hateful speech. Disgusting behaviour and I would expect better from a lead patient service representative, Reba Wilmoth.

Appointment was at 1:45. I left after waiting for multiple hours because they let multiple others patients with appointment set after mine go before me. When asked if they knew how long the wait would be they informed me that the person who does the schedule regularly over schedules.

So hard for receptionist nurses and staff to contact doctor. I personally do not recomend lasted 2 months trying to get an apt talked to someone named ANNISSE or Dennisse she was no help she kept hanging up on me when all I needed was to make an apt for my grandmother because she was going to run out of her meds. She was extremely rude. I even went in person multiple times and they kept putting excuses that they couldn't contact the doctor and so on. I am truly disappointed. And still no one has contacted me! Extremely Disappointed! I thought better service was to come from one of our OU MEDICAL CENTER

Had to call several times to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment and when they finally answered the phone the receptionist is unprofessional and rude. Takes them a week to review referrals and was still unable to schedule an appointment when I called. Find another clinic that cares about patients. Would NOT recommend!

I always enjoy the ride from Lawton-Ft. Sill to OKC and back. This hospital location is easy to find and easily accessable from all interstate hwys. The staff is very helpful and Informative. CAUTION: Timeliness is strictly enforced, you would do well to be early if at all possible. Love the location, at the Cross Roads of America ....Downtown OKC, OK State Capitol, Bricktown, OK State Museum, OKC Bombing Memorial, Riverwalk, OKC Zoo, Remington Park .......so much to see and do here while making doctor appts........Enjoy the Capitol of the New Century.
