Our Liberty Pharmacy llc

I've been with Liberty Pharmacy literally since their doors opened. The staff are amazing however I have a MAJOR issue with the lateness/ tardiness. Its NOT professional at all. I patronize MANY black companies because I believe in circulating our BLACK dollars amongst OURSELVES. Being late & not opening on time is crucial and shouldn't be taken lightly. This has been an on going concern for some time now. I will be speaking directly to Kel whom I love & respect dearly but this issue DEFINITELY has to be addressed. My personal scale from 1-10 would be a 7. There's definitely room for improvement concerning the lateness. I have NO other concerns other than what I've mentioned.

We were previously customers at Rite-Aid on Liberty Rd Randallstown, but we definitely followed Dr.Kei and Ms. Stephanie from Rite-Aid for sure! We met Dr. Joy and the entire staff is so enlightening and professional! Please, please recycle our black dollars, this is the BEST PHARMACY

I just love this pharmacy. The pharmacist were so polite and excellent. The customer service was amazing and they were extremely professional. Not once did they lose patience with me when I was asking different questions. Very well organized.

My favorite pharmacy! Very professional and reliable staff, detailed oriented, extremely caring and efficient. They go above and beyond to meet the pharmaceutical needs of their customers. Their customer services are great and very impressive.
