Very unprofessional handling of a billing and insurance coordination issue. Instead of working constructively with us, the office sent a response that felt defensive and dismissive. They emphasized their efforts but didn’t acknowledge the confusion or offer real help toward resolution. The situation ended with them canceling appointments and inactivating accounts rather than trying to solve the problem. That’s not the level of patient care or professionalism we expect from a pediatric dental office. Families deserve respectful communication — especially when dealing with insurance matters that are often complex. This place does not care about their patients I wish I could post their sarcastic response “we wish your children luck at their new place” this is not a dentist that truly cares

I have taken my boys here since they were 2 and they are the best. Dr.Betsy is the best and her staff is just wonderful. If you are looking for a great children dentist in Ventura County I recommend!

My kids & I have been coming here for years! We had the opportunity to experience one of the newest doctors, Dr. Catherine Fong, she's just a sweet as the other Dr. Catherine (AKA Dr. Cathy). They take the time to speak to the kids as what it is they need to keep an eye out for & their responsibilities with brushing properly.

My experience at this place has been amazing! It is such a positive environment and I love how it is decorated for kids to feel welcomed. The receptionists are very professional, I have talked to Yoselin numerous of times in person and on the phone and always gives excellent customer service, she answers any question you might have with a positively attitude. Both Dr Cathy and Dr Julia are great at what they do and can tell they really care for the kids. The dental assistant Jocelyn is extremely great with kids, she made my 2 year old daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole cleaning. I highly recommend this place.

We love this office! Been going here for 10 years. All the staff are wonderful and kind and personable! Dr.Betsy is the best and my kids all love going to the dentist because she makes it’s as easy and comfortable as possible. They are patient and quick with my kids and very encouraging of keeping their teeth clean.
