Head pharmacist is weird. He started an unsolicited convo with me that made uncomfortable. There was a lady who was there who was a lot more pleasant. I Don't see her anymore. She was the only reason I started with this place. The parking sucks also. I get that they can't control the parking situation though.

If I could give them a 0, I would. This place is beyond ghetto!! Do not go here if you want good customer service, want to be able to call them and someone actually answer the phone and you want someone who can clearly explain why they do not have your prescriptions ready when they said they would and no one called to tell you. I have no idea how this place is in business.

I called 3 days ago asking for my medication which one included my hypertension medication. I called yesterday to remind about it and I was informed that due to a neighborhood shooting the driver had my medication and HOPEFULLY it would get delivered. That's so inappropriate. Now let's pray I'm okay since the driver want to hold onto my medication

Waited over 40 minutes in the cold with my child to get a covid vaccine they didn't even open the door at 11 AM so irresponsible people

Fast, friendly, efficient service! Usually I'm at the Baltimore Avenue store. Pretty sure the Annapolis branch will be as good.
