Palace Drug Store is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with smiles, compassion, and the feeling that you’re part of their family. The staff is incredibly informative and thorough, always taking the time to answer questions and make sure everything is understood. Even after moving out of town, I kept them as my pharmacy because the drive is absolutely worth it. I love that when I call, I’m always greeted by a cheerful voice. I had one issue recently and William handled it immediately and with such professionalism. On top of their amazing service, they also have a great selection of extra products — I’ve even found some wonderful gifts there. Palace Drug Store goes above and beyond, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Palace makes managing my prescriptions so easy and convenient. I take several medications and coordinating their refills and pick ups had become overwhelming. Now with their rapid packs everything is organized into packets that I can just grab and go. I love that Justine puts it all together for me each month! She is absolutely awesome as are the rest of the staff. Always friendly and professional. Customer service is amazing! Glad to have them in my town.

Best pharmacy in town. The staff at the pharmacy desk are always willing to help. They are kind, helpful and friendly. My 82 year old mother loves all the staff. They treat her with respect and dignity when she has a difficult time understanding her medication issues. Lisa is one of delivery drivers and when she comes to deliver Moms meds, it’s like having an old friend visit. Palace has also been my drug store for many years. They have a wonderful variety of products for shoppers. It’s always nice to have the cheerful “hello” when you walk in. Thank you for all you do for our community!

My daughter and I have been going here for 4+ years with never an issue! Matter of fact I used to recommend their services to anyone who asked. I unfortunately had the worst experience today ever in my lifetime in regards to picking up a prescription. They close at 1:00 on Saturdays, I called at al12:45 to communicate with the front staff that I wood be arriving at 1:00 or a minute after, but no later than that bc I understand they have lives, and family to get home too. The response I received was very polite and understanding. Once 12:59 hit I called back to inform them I was passing Safeway and would be there in 2 mins, the response however this time WAs the complete opposite, she had lied and said that it was communicated to me that if I was not there B4 1:00 that I would have to wait

As a child my mother went through Palace Drug, always polite, she passed away They were so awesome to her, I made sure her bill was paid. Now, many years later, I still love them, always professional, loving, I could keep going. The staff has way more people, every single person is kind, professional and they listen. Delivery, every one is very nice and professional also,but Frankie goes beyond always a smile. Point is, I'm 52, and they looked out for momma, and I'm still so impressed with there kindness, professional and integrity.
