Dr. Hay has been our daughter pediatrician since the day she was born ten years ago. She literally came to the hospital to meet her on day one! The level of service, treatment and support has been top notch. We are very pleased and always confident she will have the right solutions and recommendations on anything related to our daughter - health, mental, and academic, etc.

Dr Hay is everything any parent would want in their child's Pediatrician! It's hard to know where to begin. Not only is she a brilliant doctor, she is calm, caring, careful and always thoughtful with her responses and has always steered us in the right direction. She is conservative when she needs to be and takes the aggressive approach just when you need it. A beautiful bedside manner and expertise to Boot. What's not to love? :-)

Our family is deeply thankful for Dr. Hay and the support she has provided for our two children over the past several years. She is kind, knowledgable, and highly accessible and responsive (including over text and middle of the night phone calls). We have never felt rushed or as if our questions/opinions weren't being heard in our interactions with Dr. Hay, and her respect for children is evident in her warm interactions with kids and babies. Her practice model means that things like scheduling or receiving school forms are super easy and quick. We feel fortunate to be her patients!

Dr. Hay has been with me and my two kids since my oldest son (now 8) was just days old. She is the best healthcare provider I have ever had, and she has literally set the bar for me on what I should expect from a healthcare professional. She is present, thoughtful, caring, smart, knowledgeable, and available when I need her by phone, text, and email. She has helped me navigate their health in a wholistic manner including basic wellness, emergency care, urgent care, academic health, and mental health. She cares about my opinion as it relates to my kids wellness. She presumes that my input is valuable and takes the time to explain things to me so that we can work as a team. She clearly sees me and my husband as partners in our kids’ health and overall wellbeing. I simply cannot say enough go

Dr. Hay is great! Her business model is perfect for professional parents with limited time. She is convenient and easy to get in contact with. We know we can count on her in emergency situations as well as run of the mill questions we may have. She is a great doctor and diagnostician. We and our son felt at ease with her right away. I would recommend Dr. Hay to anyone!
