Palm Bay Village MedFast Urgent Care | Walk In Clinic | Emergency Quick Care

We were on vacation from Michigan. I became ill. I went to Palm Bay Village MedFast Urgent Care. The staff were amazing. I didn't have to wait long. I was anxious being out of town and sick. I had nothing to be anxious about. They took very good care of me. I was very pleased with my visit.

Every time i go to that particular Medfast clinic, wether for me or my son i would say its exceptional service! I am ALWAYS treated with respect and courtesy. If i could give everyone in that office a raise i would in a heartbeat ❤️! I do wish i could use them as my primary care, i dont want to go anywhere else. Please let them know what a great job they are doing they deserve to be patted on the back! Thank you for asking for a review, it doesn't seem like enough of a compliment to be honest with you. Again thank you for your superior service it's appreciated very much.

I took my baby girl to the hospital/ER and waited almost an hour before they took us to a room. I had to keep asking and arguing before anyone would even check my daughter's vital signs. The doctor on duty was anything but respectful, completely unprofessional, and looked upset with every question I asked as a concerned mother. I told him my daughter had an ear infection, showed him evidence of redness and discharge from her ear, and yet he still thought she was fine, even with a fever of 103.8°C. He only gave me Motrin and sent me home. I waited 24 hours, and my daughter was still miserable and feverish, so I took her to the MedFast. I am very grateful and pleased with the prompt, compassionate, and responsive care my daughter received there.I was very worried, and the nurse was super swe

The very caring and positive experience I had was just the right thing at the right time. I want to extend a Very Big "THANK YOU" to Jeremy the EMT who did my initial intake and my vitals and my discharge. He was very professional and considerate of the patient's needs and concerns. I also want to extend a Very Big "THANK YOU" to Alisha Alexander the ARNP Practitioner. Her caring and thorough exam and professionalism were Top Notch. I felt like I was in very capable hands. Myself being a Retired RN I was very well cared for. Thank You for your expertise and excellent care! 😉

This was my first time visiting an Urgent Care, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care I received. From the moment I arrived, the friendly greeter made a great first impression. The intake nurse was kind and immediately put me at ease. The APRN was highly professional and knowledgeable—someone who would make an incredible doctor. To wrap it all up, the X-ray tech was awesome and helped make the entire visit feel complete and seamless.
