This review is only about the urgent care process. The doctors are great. My review is based on two visits to the Urgent Care. This isn't urgent care, it is an unscheduled specialist visit. I know because they charged me $75 and billed it as a specialist visit, and not $50 as an urgent care visit. Not a huge deal, except you don't actually get to see one of the doctors, you get to see a nurse practitioner who triages you and then sets an appointment for the next day where you get to pay the $75 again to a different specialist who actually will set the bone if it's needed. Also, they won't see you until after 4:00 p.m.. and when they do see you after 4:00 p.m. there is 0% urgency as they let us sit for 30 minutes in an empty waiting room. Dr. James Kerpsack is the best orthopedic surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. He takes his time explaining to the patient and parents about the procedure. After the recovery, my daughter was pain free. Dr. Kerpsack staff (Rachael Rodriguez) was very professional, patience, skills and her customer service was outstanding. I am thankful of my daughter’s outstanding surgery!
