Formerly Executive Urgent Care—only the name has changed. Same rude staff, same dismissive care. Avoid if you can.

This place sucks. Make sure to double check any documents they send home for you, especially a work note. What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t have a header with the business information and contact number ? But the office manager allowed the MA to give us a janky hand written work accommodation. the MA signs her name like she’s someone important. the MA forgot to do the PCR test so she had to call us to come back. Maybe ditch your fake eye lashes so you can do your job right.

March 11/26: Where do I start. Long story short, my husbands back was full of arthritis, protruding discs, pinching nerves. We are here from Canada, a friend recommended this walkin clinic. They helped us navigate through treatment, ordered xray and mri, and provided pain management for a month. He ended up having a successful spinal epidural, recommended and arranged by them.
