I had an emergency with my walking horse (colic) and needed immediate attention! It was in the middle of the night. Dr. Paramore was the vet on call and she answered the phone promptly, told me to trailer him in right then and she ended up keeping him 2 nights at the clinic to save his life! Dr. Paramore was attentive, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I will forever feel a sense of indebted to Dr. Paramore and palmetto equine facility for saving my horse.

I brought my horse in this afternoon to figure out the cause for swelling in her fetlocks. From the extremely kind receptionist, to the friendly girls who assisted the knowledgeable veterinarians I had a very welcoming and great experience. I really appreciate all of the staff members who cared for my horse I will definitely be bringing my business back!

Dr. Tracey and Jessica Langston did a wonderful job scoping my mare and helping diagnose her with Ulcers. They were extremely knowledgeable and provided amazing care ! High recommend !

Trust this group of veterinarians with my largest children! They are amazing even when things are not that easy. Gentle Giants can be difficult.

The staff at Palmetto Equine have been wonderful for our horses. They just recently visited us very quickly when one of our horses clicked, and their on-going care has been top notch. From the staff at the office to the vets and techs in the field, this is one of the best veterinary offices around!
