Palmetto Primary Care Physicians: Moncks Corner Office

I've been going to this location for several years. My husband and daughter both go here as well. We all see Hayden McKenney and love her!!! She truly cares and more importantly listens!! Her nurse Jennifer is great as well! The office staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had to choose a PCP due to "Graceful Aging" ungraciously, I made the best choice. The 3 Receptionist who check me in & out, always professional. The LabTech equally professional and the pain free blood drawing.. Top notch. I have been seen by awesome alternates in my Dr's absence. I'm a native and glad I found My team of health providers.

Loved dr. Mckinney but doctor office lied about their billing. Because I'm self paid I had to pay $160.00 up front which I understand but then I received an additional bill for $85.00. I was never told that the office visit would be $245.00 and would be billed an additional $85.00.

Two of my boys are on anxiety meds. They were both seen within a decent amount of time. However, when it came to sending their prescriptions to the pharmacy they were never told it would be at least 2 weeks before they’d be able to send it.

I just want anyone reading this that I’m sad if you had a bad experience at the Moncks Corner Palmetto Primary Care. I personally have been a patient of Dr. Meredith Floyd for 20 years. She has never been anything less than fantastic. She also has a nurse named Kasey that is just as amazing. I could not imagine having a different doctor. Maybe everyone isn’t having a great day but all patients deserve good interactions from the staff. We should also remember that it goes both ways. I love my family doctor!!!!
