We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Coffey and her team! From start to finish, the care was professional, thorough, and welcoming. Special thanks to the staff for making the visit so smooth: Dee was wonderful—she took my mother vitals and made me feel at ease right away. Shannon did an excellent job drawing her blood; she was quick, gentle, and very skilled. Dr. Coffey completed the assessment wonderfully. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure all my concerns were addressed without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find such a great dynamic between a doctor and her staff. She is very knowledgable intelligent, caring, has concerned feelings of her patients and that was a recomendationn I recieved from a friend who recomended her to me. Dr. Coffey is everything a primary care physician should be: knowledgeable, thorough, caring, patient, and thoughtful and attentive in addressing all my questions and concerns. Her care team is excellent as well, and the Well Friendship Heights facility where she practices is, by far, the most pleasant place to get primary care among Kaiser's mid-Atlantic facilities.
