I love this office. Ty Jones is amazing! I was looking for her since she moved from another office years back and finally found her. She is true to what she does and staff is Awesome! I know alot of people say Monica has an attitude but I totally understand her. Whom ever has said that is because you have never dealt with customer service. Once you really get to meet her she is cool. Claudia is a sweet heart. Dr. Mann is awesome as longest you explain yourself and let her know what is your issues, she will do anything and everything to try and help you as much as possible. I've sent family and friends to this medical office because I trust them that they will be taken care of.

Do not switch to this doctor! Monica their “office manager” is callous cold hearted person who doesn’t deserve to work in health care. They lied to get me to switch to them and didn’t have any respect for my position whatsoever.

If you are assigned to this office, listen to the experience of the previous person. As a new patient you want to be welcomed, I was hung up on by Claudia as it appeared she was too busy for my questions. When I called back to inquire why it is acceptable for staff to hang up the phone while I am still talking, Monica agrees that if they have to repeat things more than once they need to hang up. It appears that the patients feeling satisfied is not something of value at this office. Great job ladies. Not that you even care.

Don’t go here, they lead you to believe they can help you, tell you they can pick up where you’re old partitioner/Dr Office left off, and complete lie. I’m extremely disappointed in how the entire staff Monica, Claudia, and partitioner jones led me on, only to find out they are not who they say they are. In the beginning made me feel welcomed and appreciated to the complete opposite. Please advise to anyone looking for a new doctors office, do not call this office, they are extremely rude, dishonest, cut you off short and above all lied to me about picking up where my old doctors office left off.

Phone # it's wrong website hasn't been updated the patient forms are extremely awkward the only day's can see you for appts. it's mon & tue only in the morning and never work with your schedule Monica the receptionist is rude unpleasant she cut you off she isn't patient without manners idk why she still has a job! Very unwelcome arrogant!
