My son had his first appointment for braces today. I love how the staff spoke to my son directly to help him understand all the steps he needs to take in caring for his brackets and teeth. Dr. Miller and all of the staff are very friendly and seem really happy to help us navigate through this process. We’re so glad we chose Dr. Miller!

their customer service is outstanding they explain everything to you and make sure that you understand exactly what it is they are doing and how you do stuff on your end to make sure everything goes correct. They are beyond nice, excellent experience. Dr. Miller has an excellent staff. They are nice beyond recognition. It seems like a wonderful place to be, it’s a sense of calmness when you walk in the door. I recommend him very much. very pleasant to know you can walk into a doctors office now or any office for that matter and get their attentive, attention and self-care that you require and everybody being nice to you at the same time. Just bright my daughter there for the first time to begin her orthodontic journey where I started mine many many years ago. Still the same friendly and caring approach by Dr. Miller and his team. Consummate professionals day in and day out. Would recommend to anyone starting their journey.
