One star for terrible customer service. I used to see Dr.James at this location, the care I received was great. Dr. James has since left. The practice was supposed to mail out letters to let her patients know. I did not receive one. I called and was told that she left. I was also told that the other doctors would not be taking on her patients. So the practice has abandoned all of her patients to find new doctors, even for emergencies. I'm not surprised, eventhough I liked Dr. James, the staff here was always terrible. Trash-talking patients right in the waiting room, never answering the phone.

I've been trying to make an appointment for a week now. One the first day I was told that it would be around 3 weeks before I could be seen but that they would try to work me in due to me being 22 weeks pregnant. (My husband is active duty military and we just moved to the Annapolis area; it's been 6 weeks since I have seen an OB - which I explained.) Fast forward to me never receiving a call back, I had to call them each day to check the status of what Dr. Buckson had decided, it's not been a week. I still don't have an appointment! And today I was told by Nicole, "You should just try to find another doctor because we are very busy." Um, WHAT? Let's talk about being unprofessional! I have informed Tricare and the Naval Health Clinic of what I was told by the staff. Good luck to anyone wh

Had a great experience here for my first prenatal app. Office was very clean and organized. Staff was great!! I have a crazy blood phobia🙄, but staff made me comfortable and I was able to get my blood work done. Really glad I picked this place to continue my pregnancy.

I can not say enough about Dr. Buckson and her staff. I love everyone there!! Dr. Buckson took care of me through my two high-risk pregnancies, and she always made me feel at ease and listened to me when I had problems. She watched me very closely through both pregnancies and helped me deliver two healthy boys.

It took me calling 4 times over the course of two weeks to get an appointment here. It was scheduled for 10 am. I had to wait for more than an hour and a half to even have the procedure. So grateful this is not my regular practice and feel sorry for anyone that uses this office.
