We use PDC to get meds for the people with disabilities we care for. Usually they do well. But lately we have had to call and get things fixed or ask about a delivery and are met with rude and disrespectful reps. This latest one named "Tammy" was extremely rude when asked why we hadn't received the medication that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Due to HIPPA I can't share much info. But this isn't the first time we get a rude rep.
Horrendous customer service. They’ll send you on a wild goose chase then lecture you about your use of vocabulary
PDC is such a great pharmacy the staff is amazing and they have such a great delivery service.
Compared to other similar Pharmacies in the area, there is great scope for improvement.
