We recently moved my grandfather from a rehab stay into long-term care at the St.Ann’s Facility and the whole transition has been smooth. From day one, the staff have been friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just with his needs, but with our family’s questions and concerns too. Their thoughtful approach has made what could have been a stressful change feel much more manageable. Maintenance requests and support from the Health Care team are always handled in a timely manner , helping keep his space clean, safe, and comfortable. We are truly grateful for the ongoing support and the excellent care my grandfather receives every day. It brings us real peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring and capable hands.

My grandparents stay at Peace care at Ann’s was outstanding. After difficult hospital stays for both they arrived anxious and as you know dealing with elderly people isn’t easy sometimes , but within days, the truly exceptional staff transformed them into a happy, relaxed resident. The nurses and aides showed incredible patience, kindness, and genuine affection, treating them like family. From housekeeping to management, made sure they felt valued .The staff quickly understood our needs, & my grandparents felt safe & well cared from day one. Highly recommend for compassionate, dedicated care.It truly was a positive place.

This fall, I had the pleasure of doing my CNA clinicals at Peace Care St. Ann’s. When you walk in, you are greeted at reception by the friendly security guard Sgt. My class took place on the 1st floor, in which I had an amazing experience learning/working under CNA Monica and Nurse Aldo. Both were great!! They were very helpful, patient and informative. They made the ease into the healthcare field very comforting and welcoming. Not only was my experience great but the residents that lived there were always happy and satisfied with their care. 10/10 no notes.
