Peak Vista Community Health Centers - Lane Family Health Center

While others may have bad experiences with other providers, I feel it necessary to come on here and review DNP Amy Dowling and her MA Kelsey. My daughter has been seeing her for years now and she is BY FAR the most thorough and attentive provider I have EVER encounter. There isn’t a doctor, NP or healthcare professional I’ve ever met that cares about her patients the way she does. Kelsey is undoubtably the kindest MA I’ve ever experienced. Most seem to hate their jobs, they are short and aloof- but she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Healthcare workers are rarely ever paid their true worth and I can only imagine these two are no different. Peak Vista, you have some good ones in these two and I hope you don’t take it for granted.

Went to a appointment was told when got there couldn't be seen. After waiting for the receptionist to talk to the medical assistant which by the way rude as hell was informed will have to go to my other appointment then transfer there. Total waste of time I have stranding clots and etc So sick of peak and that ignorant call center when reach out for the head people they ignore you. News flash don't ever in your life think your above me. I only had to be sent here because nobody takes out of state insurance. Wouldn't recommend at all it's ran shitty no matter what peak it is and have fun with dora I'm so done with all of it

This Doctor Sara Martin never called back after l told her that we needed important documents signed to pay rent . She didn’t have much information on anything we asked it’s been a month since we dropped papers off and still no call back , I find this very inappropriate and unprofessional and if I could report this higher up l would . She also didn’t seem to care much about the care of her patient and more so of checking boxes off on her computer I would stay clear of “Dr” Martin and this office as a whole (Update : still can’t pay my bills and have to find a new primary care doctor .

I have been bringing a family member here for the last 3 years and the level of service has gone steadily downhill. They make you come in 30 minutes before an appointment only to have you wait another 20-30 minutes AFTER your scheduled appointment time before they call you back and it’s typically another 20-30 minutes before the provider comes in. It’s utterly ridiculous. And when they cancel an appoIntment on you at the last minute, good luck getting rescheduled with any sort of priority.

By far the WORST doctor I have ever experienced in 34 years of life. Dr. Sara Martin. All the reviews are accurate… she should absolutely not be practicing medicine. She makes decisions based on her moods and forgets stuff left and right then blames the patient. Can not wait to see my new primary care doctor next week. P.S. the front desk staff are absolutely amazing and do work way above their pay grade. Keep up the great job ladies!
