PEB Dental

I came here because I'm under new insurance (Delta Dental of PA) and they are in network. They took a full set of xrays. They explained to me, or rather what I understood, I developed 4 cavities that needed treatment in addition to another service. This didn't make sense as I was seen 6 months ago at another office and there were no signs of the cavities they identified. I went back to my original dentist, asked this office to send the xrays, and upon review, I have 0 cavities. In addition, the transfer of files were burdensome and not user or provider friendly (18 individual files that required permission for access per file with the misspelling of my name). I am dissatisfied with this office and do not recommend their services.

Where do I start! Dr. Samuel Botros is an EXCELLENT and extremely professional Dentist. He always takes his time explaining every single detail even while working, he makes sure you are comfortable throughout your entire visit and let’s not forget the amazing staff you guys are wonderful! My entire family are patients and I wouldn’t change this ever. Thank you so much for the confidence I feel knowing that no matter what our appointments entail we are all in good hands!!! If I could give this office 10 stars I would, it is well deserved!!!

If there was more stars to give , it would exceed more than 5 . I’ve always been afraid of the dentist because I was always in pain after any procedure. Dr Botros is not only gentle but made me feel comfortable in the chair . I’ve never had an issue with making an appointment . The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If your looking for a dentist that actually care about their patients then look no further. Dr Botros always explains the next step . I don’t feel like I’m pressured in making decisions, and he does everything that financially affordable for me . He started as my son’s dentist and surely after I became his patient . I recommend my family and friends to this practice. Thank you PEB 😘😘

I just had a 6-month cleaning done here & I was extremely satisfied with the visit. Dr. Botros is very professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff also makes sure that the patient is comfortable and feels no discomfort or pain. I highly recommend this practice for both children and adults.

AWESOME STAFF! My son and I really have had nothing but positive experiences with PEB Dental. The entire staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. Highly recommend this dentist for adult and child dental services.
