Pediatric Dental Specialists of Hampton, PLLC

We’ve been going to this Dentist for a couple years now. My one star rating is based on my experience with them today. I was called by the office a day before my appointment to confirm our appointment and they notified me of an outstanding balance of $150(which I wasn’t aware of before they notified me). They said we can not be seen with an unpaid balance per office policy. I explained that we are apart of the people that may or may not get paid due to the shutdown and asked if they could make an exception and see us. Per the office management they aren’t willing to make an exception for us and my only options would be to take out a loan or cancel our appointment until we can pay. I was told the next available appointment was in June. Clearly this office does not care about their patients

We had an amazing experience at this office! It was our first visit there and we were literally greeted with warm, happy and caring staff from entrance to exit. I have intentionally been seeking to support black and brown businesses more and am very happy with this practice. I very much look forward to building my relationship with the staff at this practice going forward.

We had an amazing experience from the start! She and her staff are very sweet. Even over the phone, her staff was great. Her office is clean, bright, & kid friendly. They followed extra precautions to make sure there was as little contact as possible between you and other patients & touching things like door knobs and counters. She was very gentle even when my son was over being there and got fussy.

I take my kids to the Williamsburg office recommended by my sister. Wonderful staff and the Hampton office is so much closer to us now. The wait time for appointments can be up to an hour but I dont mind because I know the staff and dentist are caring and doing everything they're able to insure healthy, happy kids with great smiles. They always make sure that my kids are comfortable and feel safe on top of informing me of everything that's going on and great tips for caring for their teeth and gums. They truly are the best.

If you can avoid this place please do I had appointment at 8:15am and was not seen until after 2 hours of my appointment time the staff not friendly at all and nobody seem knowledgeable at all I’m so disappointed because everything just horrible these days it’s scary out here trying to be a caring concerned parent about your child’s health.
