Customer Reviews
Genesis is incredible. She somehow managed to make a doctor visit (normally very scary for my toddler) fun! The “movie room” the kids play in during the wait time for dilation to kick in is incredible. Super impressed with this place.
I have been coming to this practice since my son was three months old, where Dr. Lambert diagnosed and helped assist with surgery for a Ptosis repair. My son is now 8 years old and We with Dr. Bloom and I have no complaints. She pays attention to your concerns and is friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Be patient they are very busy .
I initially had a great experience with Pediatric Eye Associates and brought my children here for their eye care needs. The staff was friendly, and the doctors seemed knowledgeable and attentive. However, over the past few months, things have noticeably declined. The last few appointments have been frustrating. The waiting times have increased significantly, with our most recent visit having us wait over an hour past our scheduled time. When we finally saw the doctor, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. It seemed like they were more focused on getting us in and out quickly rather than addressing our concerns thoroughly. Additionally, I've noticed a decline in the overall cleanliness and organization of the office. The waiting area, which used to be well-maintained, now often has
My daughter had her first appointment today and everyone from the front desk, technician and Dr Bloom were very kind and thorough definitely my daughter a good time at her first appointment. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable and Dr Bloom took her time explaining me everything. 100 % recommend it
I used to love this place. The doctors are great, the eye shop is still good. But the inability to make an appointment is a real problem. Three times over the years we have been going, I’ve made an appointment (over the phone or in person) only to show up and have there be no record of the appointment. Two of these times were in the past year. And when they are scheduling appointments 3-6 months out it’s a real issue. When you make an appointment they will not send you any confirmation- written, text, email… My kids needed eyeglasses before they were 18months old. It was very difficult to find doctors that treat children so young. We drive over an hour to see Dr Bloom and Nicole. I had originally found an ophthalmologist that was closer to us, but when it came to getting the prescriptions
