Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition of Dr. Erena Treskova

I took my daughter recently for a follow-up and it was one of the worse experiences. My daughter left in tears. The doctor was combative by becoming rude, cutting us off mid conversation a couple of times. She was also dismissive, condescending, and patronizing. She painted the worse case scenario. She didn't listen to our concerns, struggled to answer questions, bushing it off reporting that it was a 3rd party administrative technological difficulties, instead of saying sorry for the disconnect. She essentially accused my teen of having an eating disorder despite us going to a nutritionist to help address that concern unknowing at the time she has underline GI issues. When challenged by listing dates & times of interactions, she then stated we are not, "compliant." Awful experience, not t

They just canceled my appointment for not filling out the paperwork on Tuesday. My appointment is for Friday. Please state on the phone the due date of paperwork. I had no idea our appointment would be canceled. Edit: if it only takes 5 minutes, why would a appointment be cancelled days in advance. Also I've been trying to call all day with no answer, but I see your office has time to respond to Google reviews. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Erena Treskova. She is extremely patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to her patients. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every aspect of my child’s care. Her compassionate approach and willingness to listen made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Treskova to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring pediatric gastroenterologist.

Dr. Treskova comes highly recommended at this time. My son has been struggling with learning challenges for quite some time. Through her dedication and diagnostic testing, we were able to get to the root cause of his gastrointestinal issue. She recommends food based and supplements (holistic approach), in conjunction with medicine, to achieve the highest and safest outcomes. This is so important as a parent of a young one, to be able to treat them safely. Because of Dr. Treskova, for the first time, we feel optimistic our son is on his way to recovery. I had an extremely disappointing experience while confirming my appointment with Dr Treskova. The office manager was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. When I asked a simple question regarding my appointment details, they couldn't provide a clear answer and seemed annoyed by my inquiry. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I expect better communication and respect from a medical office.
