Pediatrica of Delray Beach

I have been coming to this practice for 5 years with 2 children. The health care received is excellent. However I do not agree with recent billing changes. I have impeccable payment history. But the new policy is to charge $100 when the copayment is $30. Future visits will be the $30 copay and the $70 will be refunded at the end of the year. Make it make sense. Safe to say we will be looking for a new pediatrician.

I took my son to see Dr Malcolm for the first time yesterday and it was honestly the best pediatric experience I’ve had. As a parent, efficiency, kindness of staff, and attention to detail are so valuable and this office had it all. Incredibly clean, toys in every room, they even gifted my son a book after his jab. What a find. Thank you to the incredible staff that made sure we were well looked after and in and out in no time!

Not only was Dr. Malcolm mine and my.brothers pediatrician from birth to 18 but now she's my 2 children's pediatrician. Her and her staff are absolutely amazing. We always leave feeling extremely grateful for such an amazing team. Thanks so much for all you've done for our family.

All 3 of my children have been going to Dr. Malcolm since they were born. She is an amazing doctor and she doesn't make you feel rushed and answers any questions. Her staff are super nice and helpful. Love this office.

I just moved from DC and I found this pediatrician. I gave them both of my daughters medical history. They just saw one at the moment because they were supposed to schedule my other one for other time because of their busy schedule, I met the doctor, she is very nice. Two weeks later my youngest one got sick and I called the doctor. The front desk lady couldn’t find her in the system but what bothered me the most is the way she was speaking to me. I felt she was trying to do me a favor looking for my daughter in the system and then made me feel like I was lying when I told they were supposed to call me with the appointment initially the first time I went. I was very disappointed because my daughter wasn’t in the system when I already gave them her medical history and the customer service.
