Dr. Sarah Hirata is truly exceptional. She takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and care for our baby with genuine warmth. We never feel rushed, and her thoughtful approach gives us great peace of mind as parents. I also want to recognize NP Maria Elisa. Nurses play such an important role, and she is wonderful. During vaccine visits, she is gentle, calm, and very caring. She handles my baby with patience and respect, which makes a stressful moment much easier. She is the only nurse I feel completely comfortable with for vaccinations, and we request her every single time. We are very grateful for this caring and professional team.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our doctor and nurse was so patient and thorough with my 2 year old son who clearly hates going to the doctor. Dr. Tu always gives us clarity with her fountain of knowledge. Couldn’t be happier.

My baby boy is a patient here and we couldn't be happier Dr. Hirata is the best, she is sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. She takes her time answering all our questions. She has a way of making our baby feel comfortable during his physical. We are extremely happy and grateful we found her Nurse Daniella has also been great. She is super sweet with our baby. She is gentle when giving our baby his shots. The whole staff is absolutely amazing!

My daughter is a patient at this practice and I couldn’t be happier with their services. She has been seeing Dr. Bhatti who has been incredibly thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She has a soothing demeanor and seems to truly care about her patients’ well being. The office manager (Elisa) has also been just as wonderful. We had to head to the hospital for further care after an appnt and she thought to offer us bottled waters on our way out. We were so impressed by the thought and care shown by all staff we have come across. From the receptionists all the way to the doctors we have received a very warm welcome and we are certain we are getting the best care for our baby! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician’s office in the area.

All the doctors are amazing here. I have been to four pediatrics practices prior to this place. I can confidently say that this is great place to entrust your child’s care. I really appreciate the staff such as the front desk ladies and the nurses inside. When I have after hours calls the doctors who is on cal is caring and patient. Not only am I told about expectations but the doctors take time to explain. They genuinely care. Thank you to all the doctors. Thank you Dr. Tsai. You’re amazing. God bless you all.
