Peninsula Urgent Care

The staff is amazing. So attentive and personable. Unlike any other urgent care- and that is what keeps me coming back when my family needs care the in the most critical times. The environment is comfortable, we have always been attended to quickly, and it feels like the staff genuinely cares- when at other urgent cares we have felt almost like a bother. When it comes to needing urgent care in our family, this is the only place we plan to go in the future. We are so grateful they are so close to us now.

Remy was excellent. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her personality is beyond compare. She's a very nice lady and very knowledgeable. She never made me feel rushed or that she didn't care. She listened intently and gave great advice. It was a great experience.

Staff is always excellent. Clinic is clean. Front office staff is very sweet and so is the provider. I love Peninsula Urgent Care! Very glad I found it and always recommend it to family and friends.

I had been to this location in the past and thought they might be a good option for my niece that had been running a temperature for a couple of days. I called ahead and was told there were no more appointments for the day but could come as a walk-in with a one hour wait. I drove for 36 minutes and walked in— and was told that the provider was no longer taking walk-ins fo the day (it was a little before 6pm and they close at 11pm). Yes, I understand it’s a business. No, I will never return or recommend this place.

The worst experience ever. Do NOT go here. I visited this clinic because I injured my toe. They told me they didn’t have an X-ray machine and that I needed to go to Memorial just to get the X-ray, have the data sent to them, and then come back for another appointment. They said it would take up to three business days. It has now been over six months and I have received no update. I called many times, but no one ever answered. When I finally reached someone, all they said was that they still hadn’t received the data — the same excuse every time. And on top of all this, they still charge you for this kind of “service.” Absolutely unacceptable.
