2 days ago, i went to a neurology appointment with grace chen kimbaris as the doctor. was referred from my pcp office. although the other staff was nice enough, she was not very personable at all. i suffer from fasciculations and it’s a fairly new diagnosis so any appeasement would’ve been great. she performed an emg on me & didn’t wipe off the blood of the various sites she poked me with when using the needle. she also didn’t provide me with anything to wipe my own blood with. at the end, she did wipe one spot, however i was stuck maybe 10 times. once it was all over i noticed at least 3 of those spots were bleeding, which i am sure she saw. she was short, a little cold in my opinion, told me the result timeframe, told me to have a good day then left. i’m not sure if she was going through

They assured me I would get a follow-up call t

This review is more about the front of house staff. I had an issue (from elsewhere within the Penn system) I needed prompt assistance with, and Lakesha (sp?), actively listened to the challenge, offered a prompt suggestion solution, went through the numerous steps in the system to resolve the challenge. In a system as large as Penn, I find usually these normal challenges, to become monumental to navigate. I can’t speak highly enough of her courteousness, efficiency, and efforts to help address the challenge, as well as a courtesy follow up call to notify that she had resolved the challenge.
