I had an appointment scheduled for an Echocardiogram I needed for surgery in August. They got me in just in time to get insurance approval and in time for pretesting. They called me yesterday to change my appointment to tomorrow, some issue with tech, but did not have approval yet, called me early today to say if they did not have approval by 2pm today they were cancelling my appointment which leaves me out in the cold and possibly not being able to have surgery that I've been waiting for since January. The girl I spoke to today and yesterday was not pleasant, caring or even concerned with helping me, she actually gave me attitude when they were the ones who changed the appointment. Very unprofessional.
Staff and nursing are wonderful, but beware of misdiagnosis, I had heart attack, sepsis and 3 bad heart valves should have been sent out to a hospital that can care for heart patients. Dr. Forester was the worse
