If I could give this office 0 stars I would. If you are a new patient, even with a referral from two doctors, don't expect to be treated with any urgency or respect. Had to make an appointment 9 months in advance just to get in, to be called two months later and told my appointment needed to be pushed back into the following year. Was offered a "telemed" appointment sooner and when I tried to reschedule due to a work engagement, was told I needed to call back periodically to reschedule....they pushed the responsibility back on the patient to follow up with them at a chance to maybe reschedule my appointment.

At this moment on 9/3/20, it's 3:30pm and am waiting for the doctor to come in from home; I have been waiting an hour and a half. It was a struggle to get here from NJ. I have mobility problems. I was advised ,while waiting in doctor's office, that it was a telehealth appointment for a first time patient. I have been sick for 4 years and there is no way telehealth is appropriate for a first time patient/visit unless it is a routine situation.. I called to confirm yesterday; I also called to clarify with doctor's office. I was told all was well. Phone staffers know nothing, contributing to chaos. So apparently. a patient who has been sick for 4 years and needs a rheumatologist with a subspecialty in vasculitis ,which this doctor has ,is not deserving of an in person visit. They phone

I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, among other symptoms. Each time I'm at the Department of Rheumatology for my appointment, I'm always treated with respect. The staff are Polite and Professional. Doctor Johnathan Dunham is my Doctor. He is always concerned about my well being. It's truly appreciated.

They completely don’t treat people like people here but just numbers. Any calls are never returned, appointments are almost impossible to get, medicine isn’t monitored, and concerns aren’t handled well at all. As a patient with severe RA having a super active condition is scary enough but getting treatment from a facility that only wants to push prescriptions and not actually care about the after treatment or humility of the person taking them is very sad.

First of all, this was my FIRST appointment I booked months in ADVANCE! I am suffering with RA, I get a phone call telling me not only did they cancel my appointment because now the doctor decides she will only see patients on Wednesday’s! You booked it Waited months my health is at risk and now you can’t fit me in until NEXT YEAR?!! Who Treats patients like this!! If you NEED TO Change, don’t just cancel on a patient. You are dealing with very sick people and a new patient and this is how I’m treated?!! How dare you! This is unacceptable! You should fit me in with someone! UPDATE THEY NOW ARE NOT TREATING ME STILL. SAID THEY NEVER GOT MY RECORDS AND MY OLD DR SENT 3 Times. NOW LEAVING ME NO APPOINTMENTS AND WAITING OVER 4 months for an APPOINTMENT AGAIN!! They made me do a vi
