Penn State Health Golisano Children's Hospital - Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and Infusion Clinic

I have nothing but positive things to say about the nurses, staff and everyone who is involved in making this place make the children comfortable, happy and excited to come. We have been coming for almost 2 years now for my sons Crohn's, and they are so patient, respectful and very caring. The one thing I would strongly recommend is having more than one iv room to keep things running smoothly, and quickly.

I spoke with someone to reschedule an appointment, they put me on hold for 1 hour and then I hang up. Prior to this call, I called twice and after being on hold the call would be ended 15-20 minutes. Worse experience I ever had a health provider office.
