Customer Reviews
We have been using PRXN for many years. Our meds arrive quickly when ordered. Communication has been a goid experience.
Depending on the day will determine if you can get your meds. In the past we have had medication delayed by DAYS due to the incompetency from the staff that order the medication. This is not to be confused with the front desk staff as they are always as helpful as they can be. With that being said if you are forced to wait, you can have your prescription "sent" to CVS... with that being said good luck 9/10 it will not go through, the script will be lost, or Pequot will just not send it. either you have a complete normal experience here, or it is worse than dealing with car insurance. Again it depends on the day so i wish everyone good luck!
I’ve never had so many negative experiences with a pharmacy and that’s saying something. I’ve never gotten my prescriptions sent out on time, even when I repeatedly call and ask for it to be put on autofill. The last time I called requesting autofill, 2 weeks and nothing came. I called again and the prescription was actually put on hold. Avoid this place at all costs, the entire staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional
I dont really know what to say about this place other than discriminatory. Many times I have tried to fill a prescription here and the pharmacy "forgets" to fill it all because of who I am. I know this pharmacy comes as a benefit to the Foxwoods employees and that many things here are free, but because you are getting your meds for free you are also dealing with a lot of incompetent staff at every level. I have had my prescriptions misfiled on many occasions, in which staff don't understand the consequences of the errors that they are making. I would avoid filling here even if your meds are free, pay a little extra to fill at a place that cares about your health.
Terrible service. Refusing to send my prescriptions over to CVS where I can actually pick them up. Pequot pharmacy seems to always be closed, and even if you can’t make it there because your work hours interfere with their hours, they don’t care. They will tell you they can’t send prescriptions over to other pharmacies. Ive been given the WRONG medication here multiple times. Doctors write scripts for me for specific things and I get genetics when my doctor says I NEED the brand….. I’ve had them DENY me prescriptions because “you can buy those from the shelves!” Excuse me?!?!?!?!? If my doctor is prescribing me things that are normally over the counter, it’s because I need them!!!! What kind of pharmacy overrides and denies doctors orders?!?!? Seriously, if I could give negative stars I wo
