Permanent Beauty

I had AWESOME experience at Permanent Beauty. Teres Wright permanently etched a beautifully mixed, custom hazel green eyeliner to my upper and lower lids, it matches my eye color exactly. She took much care in making sure I received the topical anesthetic to minimize any discomfort, which really wasn't much. She had a very steady hand and I LOVE my eyes, and am very excited about going to the beach in August and not having to worry about smearing eyeliner. Teres also made sure before the procedure that I was fully aware of what to expect before, during and after the procedure. I look forward to have my lips done next :)

My experience at Permanent Beauty was amazing! The office is so pretty and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, not at all like I was in a doctors office. Teres went out of her way to make time for my procedure at a time that I could do it. She explained everything in depth and I felt completely prepared and confident in knowing what the procedure was, how she would go about it, and how to take care of it afterwards. I got my eyeliner done, and she made the entire process as painless and comfortable as possible. Not only was my experience with Permanent Beauty and Teres great, but my eyeliner is perfect and I couldn't be happier with it! All around incredible!

My initial experience with Michael was great! She was knowledgeable about the product and matched color well. However, she cancelled my follow up appointment due to an emergency. It has been 3 months later with several messages and she has failed to respond or provide a follow up which is part of the service . I found this to be so unprofessional and a disregard for the customer who placed their trust in the business.

Terese is absolutely wonderful. She is so personable and helpful in deciding color and shape. I love the results. She was so patient with me and I so appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Teres is fantastic and definitely knows her product! She reached out to me and turned a bad experience into an excellent one! Her work is exceptional!
