Petaluma Valley Hospital

I was born in this hospital 45 year's ago. I had my daughter nearly 13 year's ago in this hospital. And I've been treated for multiple health emergencies with great care from this hospital. They don't have every specialty in this small hospital that the town has massively outgrown. But it has been my experience that they put forth great efforts to treat and care for their patients.

I was publicly humiliated by a short haired nurse with red hair and an African American who was dressed as a doctor and a very angry brown haired older doctor who said I was not worth being alive. They made fun of me and I'm not going into details but they all took advantage of my situation and how weak I was at the time.I can't believe these are individuals who work for our hospitals! I am dealing with the situation appropriately as we speak.

The negative reviews are very surprising. I was here for a hip replacement with Dr Mark Northfield. Everyone from the front desk, surgery team, nurses and support staff were incredible. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience.

Excellent for a smallish hospital. Good staff, quite caring and some excellent physicians. Lovely environment with a quiet space outside the cafeteria I enjoy. If one must be in a hospital, this one is preferable for both the patient and those who care.

Evil hospital. Will treat you like trash if you have a mental health crisis. Stuck me in a dark room while restrained overnight. Also almost killed my dad after they sent him out with a collapsed lung after he fell out of a tree. Missed his broken pelvis and ribs too!
